Base Stat Ichigo Kurosaki?

Can anyone tell me what the base stat is for the gold Ichigo Kurosaki partner you get for logging in for 7 days? and is it me or is he much weaker then the other purple assaulters you could get in the Tavern?

He isn't that great of a partner to begin with sadly, but if your planning on using him dispite his 80% growth rate on his skill then focus on Strength, Agility, Criticle, Hit, Break Defence, and Counter which is what I generally use for a assulter build
