Should I replace Shinigami Yoruichi with Yama?

Was wondering if I should get Yama and use him for pvp and keep shini Yoruichi for hollow soul map.  Oh yea I should say what my team is.  I have shinigami Urahara, Tavern Urahara, Sajin, shinigami Yoruichi and my main.

Way i see it is, you need yama to clear the field with his first strike otherwise most occasions he  ...
