YAMA FURY RESTRICTION SKILL

My question is simple.  Yamamoto skill does fury restricion and lasceration on 3 enemies.  So  what happens if I have a kisuke, who skills and gives fury to my team, to make them t1, would they still receive the fury?

It says clearly it prevents enemy from recovering fury, but with kisuke giving fury they aren't recovering it by themselves, but from kisuke so I'm not sure if this would apply.

So to recap, if yamamoto skills, and casts fury restricion let's say on assaulters, then enemy's turn and enemy uses kisuke, kisuke T1, skills and gives fury to everyone.  Would the assaulters that have fury restriction get fury from kisuke?  Or would they receive nothing?

yes but if the fury restriction land on him he wouldn't get his 100 fury back , if it leands on assaulters they won't get 25(37 on crit ) fury

ONe last question.  If enemy kisuke has T1, but let's say my yama is faster.  Somehow enemy kisuke surives, now it's kisuke's turn.  Will kisuke still skill?

Wow, so he's pretty strong then.  Thing is many people say he's slow.  Since I got isshin, if I tag him along with isshin he could be very good.  But the constant slow factor that many people say he has disturbs me.

Don't know why if his 1st mod is agility.

Well I survived a mugetsu skill mainly because the guy uses a 4-2 in gear and puts all his strength on his main character rather than mugetsu.

What if he starts with 100% fury (T1 )?  It really doesn't matter for kisuke because most of them start already as t1.  Plus it will be tough to stay ahead of enemies supporters.  So the only thing I can do is be faster than enemies assaulters.

Though for some reason many people keep telling me yamamoto not fast?  Why is that so??? I mean with zangetsu and after 1st mod, with some agility stones, he can be fast, couldn't he?
