Guild War bug or......?

hey everyone,
I was wondering if this is a bug or not.
There is someone who I could always beat with no chance to fail in palace, arena, slaves and everywhere else, but in the guild war he won because he attack first even that I have 3.5k more speed than him. Do not tell me he change his gear because I already check it before 5 sec from losing and after 5 sec. so no way he changed it. Anyone know the reason if there are some secret about guild war or its just bug!? its happen 4-5 times for him and about twice for another player I am faster than him by 800 speed.

sorry for my bad English and please give a real answer not imagination one ;)

accesory are not work in gw....,pick one hp accesory out from one character you will see it will have 0 effect

the question was about guild buff for war only, if you talking about camp buff my guild lv is 13 a ...

Made the same mistake as Insec.

And yes for the guild buff, it's the camp buff but if u're guild lvl is 13 and his guild lvl 11 (and expect both of u upgrade bonus at max). It's not possible for him to gain a bonus speed better than u...or he should have a very very hight reiatsu lvl and agility spirit stone very powerfull.

lets say Flame set maxed 20+ vs  spirit forging gear 100 or 110. with all spirit infused 20. which one better ?

Yes, it'll do you fine till almost "endgame" when it's all +20 spirit infused.

No not guild camp level, you can level up stats for guild wars through guild menu as well, same with Protect Seireitei. But Guild Wars is like Attack Power and Defense Power, Seireitei is for HP % bonus.

Well guild wars guild leveling adds Attack Power, which would cause him to hit a lot harder. Think the issue is he's attacking first with 3k lower speed or something.
