is it an event?

It's actually pretty useful if you're new and are going through all the quests...you get a couple of stones that come in handy at lower levels but it depends how far along in the game you are, I wouldn't go out my way for those stones at higher levels..

I was referring to a while back when UBP had all but disappeared for a couple months and every 5 days a new topic about UBP would show up on forum asking if its coming back, speculating if it's coming this time, etc etc. to the point where everyone was telling everyone else to shut up about UBP because they were putting a curse on it haha.

Search topics for UBP, you'll see what I mean
