nemu is a waste of space,  orihime is a waste of space,  healers at your point in the game are useless, and the healing that is useful does not usually come from healers, lol
pvp you will want    Sado, Main, Ichi, momo, rukia (or yourichi at level 70)
pve you will want    Main, Renji, SWP Renji/SWP Grim(grim is better), rukia

until you get to wave 50 in ryoka (yes you will if you stick with the game) do not run with a vanguard in Ryoka or in ES, def is just not needed,  swap them out for a third assaulter.  this is why I recommend a 1-2-2 for pvp, and a 0-3-2 for pve, as it's an easy swap and most assaulters use the same equipment as your vanguards do.

as for zanpactos...  Kazeshini which you get for free at level 65 is probably going to be your best bet on a zanpacto for pvp
bring up your reiatsu to level 40 so you can fully upgrade your zanpactos, use Zabimaru for pve. who you get at reiatsu level 35
