The better pvp oriented formation?

So as a beginner I would like to have a more pvp oriented line-up, the Ichigo is golden and attacks the back-line but my formation doesn't really reflect that and/or is not meant to be that way. Now as I dont have any experience with Kaien or Rangiku I would like to ask you which one is better in my situation ?
