Team buffs and formation stuffz, input needed.

Okay so after doing some thinking I believe this is correct. If I go with a 1-2-2 Formation I'll have Hyori for PVP and normal PVE content and Sogyo for Events (Ryoka and Evil Spirit). Now if I did this correctly Sophisticated Rangiku, Main, Sexy Yoruichi, Cute Orihime, and Shinigami Urahara should all work without overwriting any buffs. Hyori will give my Rangiku Speed, Hit, and Defense, Sexy Yoruichi will buff my Support damage, and Cute Orihime will buff my Vanguard + Assualts damage and block rate as well as Rangiku buffing my support's Aid %.

For events I would run Sogyo with Main, Sexy Yoruichi, Renji (Ikkaku at 80), Cute Orihime, and Shinigami Urahara (Tavern Urahara later for T1 and whatnot). Now after looking at this no buffs should be overwritten again. Sogyo will buff everyone's attack %, Sexy Yoruichi will buff my supports damage %, and Cute Orihime will buff my Assualts damage and block %. Which should be a huge damage buff if all this is right. I should gain something like 2-3x my damage output that I have now. Oh plus all the extra fury from both Cute Orihime and Sexy Yoruichi as well as Shinigami Urahara gaining his own fury.

I would also be using my 8th skill with the event setup so that it doesn't overwrite the buff.

Need some tips on which stones to use for Rangiku since she's not full tank. I assume I would remove dodge and put something else maybe?

Ah alrighty thanks a lot for the tips they are very helpful. I believe I can get away with being less tanky simply because I'm one of only 2 high VIPs on the entire server (There is one VIP 7 or 8 and me at VIP 6, 95% of the server is F2P). I think I'll go with the crit stones, the 3rd strongest guy on the server hits Rangiku for maybe 5-200 damage even on crit. Being that I have Hyorinmaru I think I should try to get some more damage. Sounds like you got your PVE and PVP stuff all figured out.

Building a tanky vanguard can get a little pricey and I do suggest saving up "Universal Socket Stones" so you can add more stone slots to your gear once you get to level 100-110.
Start of by making sure your VG has 70-90% counter, must be 90% depending on other VIPs in your server. Having 90% block early in the game will help you a lot vs supporters since most low VIPs or f2p don't have a lot of break stones.
If you want to get real tanky I suggest you put wisdom stones on your vanguard, just make sure your supporters damage doesn't start lacking from it because it's low already due to Hyorinmaru.
Now depending on the level of your stones you currently have 6 strength, stam, wis, block and counter stones on your gear.

There should be 1 stone slot left on every part so you can now go a few ways:
1. Make sure she doesn't receive any damage from the enemy vanguard by adding break defense stones.
2. Make her more offensive towards assaulters by adding critical stones, easier to switch for PVE but you might get block damage from vanguards.
3. Make her T1 with adding fury stones to make sure she skills in round 1. This will only work until players get partners like SWP Aizen and other vanguard stunners.
