lol isshin was bugged to begin with.. his 100% combo rate on a 35% was fix recent.. and now everyone ...

thast just it , they fixed kensei , immediatly , but left ishin way 2 long .... so noone expected the "fix" .....

just dont buy a bugged one ... beside i dont have isshin, he never fit in my formation
