Tosen 1vs1 Hollow soul map

Any tips for beating tosen 1vs 1 in hollow soul map?  I tried my best damage dealer, which is isshin, gave him lots of stamina, strength and still wasn't enough.  Tosen hits hard.  I managed to deal with tosens crit with enough counter but still 1vs1 he's dealing too much damage to me, even with a lot of stamina that i put to him.  I put my best soul to him but I was 2 hits away from beating him.  

As for 5vs5, well, I have aizen 3 star modded, gin fully modded, retsu unohana fully modded, holl. ichigo 4 star modded and main.  I think with luck I might be able to beat him so 5vs5, depending on stuns, but the main problem is I need the starting fury to beat him on group battle, so I must beat him first 1vs1.

Any tips for 1vs1?

For you maybe, but it all depends on bp and strength.   I'll  use gin and aizen but I'll add retsu unohana to the mix and use main and hol. ichigo.  I never got yama in ubp, I could've had gotten him, but since I got isshin, I really didn't see the need for him, well maybe for 1-3-1 but I was more oriented to lvl up my pve team so I didn't get yamamoto.  

ONly thing is tosen 1v1 as funny as it seems, is giving me a hard time, well maybe because I'm using my main (kido ) with 9th skill then in other cases I've tried isshin (best gear), but effect in beating him there.

Only hol.ichigo with best gear, souls, strength  stones and crit stones along with tengen zampaktou barely managed to do the trick, just barely.  But that made me weak in 3vs3 fight

well i used aizen, gin, yama, main (3rd skill to reduce def), ichigo (with best gear). the key is to stun the assaulters n support then ur vg can take care of the rest. btw the tosen 1v1 fight is a joke compared to gin's 1st fight lol

Isshin is the strongest assaulter I got.  Don't get nor shura kenpachi, nor sxy yoro nor berserk renji.  I tried isshin cause he has a good deal of bond with soph rangiku, so his strength has increased, plus he's at evolution 8 currently.  

The thing about the 1vs1 using holl. ichigo is that if I make him too dmg dealing type, then group battle he gets wipe fast.  I'd usually go with 4-2 onequipment on group battle so he can resist more.  

I barely managed with hol. ichigo, but I had to put my best damage dealing gear, souls, hogyo and tengen, and only then i barely beat tosen 1vs1 but lost in group battle cause hol. ichigo got wiped pretty fast.

I tried tengen for 1vs1 and there was a slight difference, but still.  I had to put my best gear on hol. ichigo, all souls, and crits along with speed to be able to barely beat him.  Still though cause of this groupfight didn't work too well so I guess I either have to get hyorin or increase my assaulters strength.

As for block, well mine's is at 101% block, don't know if that would be enough there.

Well when i said block doesn't work, i meant it doesn't matter really in hollow souls because the mobs all have rediculously high break def rates so you could replace block with a more useful stone like Crit Rate

For 1v1 fights, either use a vanguard will selfheal like hollow/demon ichigo or stark, nozarashi isnt bad at all as well with his dmg preferably with hyorinmaru/tensa/senbon or tengen as a last resort or use assaulters who has very high % on skill, shura kenpachi/sexy yoruichi are really good, berserker renji might be good as well, using skill every round + his buff and high strength. Isshin is useless for these kind of fights.

block works ... but the mobs there got high break def. so ur vg will never block any of them, u can also try with tengen, its not as good as hyorin but can still do the job. I always used tengen b4 hyorin for espada fights.
