PVE And PVP formations

I have an question about what type of formation to use in PVE and PVP, since i'm a scrub and i do understand that there is a difference but I feel like i don't know the true value of formation usage yet.
I understand the concept behind it and it's handy, but i just don't know what to use yet for which events etc.
Here is a screen and if you're nice enough to show me formaiton as following:
Support: 1/2/3
Assualt:   1/2/2
vangaurd 0/1 (Names included of course in who to put in)
It would bevery nice (sorry about having mugetsu select, i was showing it to my friend yesterday who maybe wanted to play the game, so i was too lazy to make a new screen)

Dude, I've seen Chads block whole teams to death on round 1, and your going on about a TSI being able to tank a group for a few rounds at those levels?  Seriously.

Sorry but, is it just me or is everyone underestimating what shikai ichigo can do, growth wise he is better and passive wise he is quite a beast and if i put my max stones and gear on shikai it's 220k bp and if i put it on mugetsu it's 186k bp by swapping them 2, shikai does a lot more because he can take quite a few shots.Damage wise though they're quite simmilair so i'll give you that

Also i know I have to work on T1, but I don't expect anyone who has only played for 3 weeks started the server 2 days late missed out on early event for new server to have T1 stones. Ik i need to make them but they're hard to make atm, i'll get them eventually but not right now, I only have 18.16.16.14.10 stones atm in my bag

If I were you and had enough fury stones to T1 whole team with Shinso Gin, I'd use Shinso Gin, Shinigami Kensei, Main, Mugetsu, True-Shikai Ichigo for PVP.

If you don't have enough fury stones to T1 team with Shinso you should get tavern Urahara and use Shinso, Urahara, Mugetsu, Main, True-Shikai for PVP. (If you still don't have enough to get T1 go for Rukia and full mod her and use Rukia to T1. But I won't suggest it cus she sux )

And as for PVE let me repeat it again If you have enough fury stones to T1 with Shinso Gin you should go with Shinso, Shinigami Urahara, Shinigami Kensei, Main, Mugetsu. Considering your HP and Physical and Strategy def you should put your vanguard back after 45 waves of Ryoka (replace him with Shinigami Urahara) or your assaulters might die.

I won't really suggest Ichibe in your formation cuz TSI seems much better.

Very common for players who top-up just to waste their gold they get because they don't plan out on what they're going to buy.
i always calculate how much gold i have and what i need to spend it on to make it the most efficient and cheapest way to buy the sh it i need, i don't think he did any of that or I atleastassume so
