Anyone else notice his skill? His mutilate targets a random enemy, it is not VG specific.

That actually makes him more interesting to me. It basically says:

Deal 120% to all. Kill one random enemy instantly. Reduce all enemies fury by 10. Recover health with 15% growth rate.

Problems with him:

Debuffs are selected before damage from his skill, so if he kills the enemy selected for Mutilate, it is basically wasted.
Slow.
Fury reduction is nice, but since he is slow you basically have to run Kirio with him, which makes his skill do more damage increasing the chances of wasted debuff.

Ways he can be good:

You can stack Wisdom on someone else. The good parts of his skill have no bearing on wisdom ( Mutilate and fury reduction ).
You can intentionally keep him slow with Kirio, allowing some of your other partners to clear out the "Trash" partners that would otherwise die/take up a Mutilate, increasing the chances of Mutilate instantly killing something you care about dramatically.
Tier 6 Mod is the best mod in the entire game. It stacks with other specific auras ( Shinso Gin's 10% speed to Kido users, for example ).

No one should be worried about a mod that takes upwards of 10,000 mod fragments to get to.

Even if you got 50 per day, every day, it would take 200 days to reach. By comparison, 200 days is SEVEN new partners at a minimum. Kirio owners should be more worried about newer, better partners then a final mod over a year away.

Yeah. Pretty sure that is why we got Tenjiro for so cheap by the way. It isn't a great counter to Kirio, but it is decent. If he lands chaos on her, she won't skill. If he lands chaos on 2 damage dealers, they will attack their own team ( basic attack ) thus negating the 50% buff and all the damage they would have done.

Still, at the end of the day it is only a 40% chance to happen, and I would rather not base a strategy on RNG that I cannot influence.

i knew what her spell did but totally forgot about the fury reduction.. i thought the -10 on all from nimaya was strong.. but fuck me was i wrong LOL

I think i prefer Ultima Aizen + Hikifune, Reduce fury + prohibit gaining fury on supporter and disabling assaulters seems good enough, except that this setup powers up a hardblocking vg.

Maybe Oetsu is at some point needed coz of this 10% speed on all mod, to keep the own Hikifune faster.

well tenjiro is faster so you can try your luck in hitting her once and casting chaos on her if she dun die lol
