The buffs and debuffs are still with the enemys after the time they are supposed to expire. Anyway to change this? Could you take time from the cocaine and the prostitutes to get this fucking game in order?

And make our lousy main char that nearly everyone would kick for any gold or above partner actually viable to a degree that it could overcome a difference between eventual Partners?
