EXP bonus overwrite wall/agent

O.k. so my question is simple.  I know shinigami agent gives 10% bonus exp.  The buff you get from defending/attacking the wall and winning successfully is another exp bonus for stages.  So considering this in UBP, would one buff rewrite the other?  IN the case of doing ubp  and clearing stages,  will it stack?  10% buff from agent + buff from wall (whatever percentage it is, cant remember).  Or does one cancel the other in terms of clearing stages?

They told me that in ryoka an ES, people were seeing an increase in exp gained.  In shinigami agent it says 10% exp bonus, but I'm not sure if that would stack with protect seiretei wall bonus.  Wall bonus is 30% and shini agent gvies you 10% exp.  

I'd like to know if that would make it 40% exp bonus while clearing stages?  Or only make it 30%.
