Which Vanguard True Shikai Ichi or Demon Ichigo :O

I am in a debate i am dropping 100$ a week just so i can get either but which is best D:...
Reason?

Demon ichigo: Hp restores by 55% which is fantastic and good dmg.

True Shikai: well.... Fk ton of Dmg... nuh said

TSI is definitly the way to go, everything about him is better then demon ichigo. his growth rate is better,skill is better, even his exclusive is and his modify aren't all that bad either, tho i would replace one or 2 of his modify
Edit: TSI will most likelynever be in ubp maybe ichibe or human komomura but never TSI

tsi is powerfull really top vanguard, i hope can to have it on long time in ubp because it isn't only a vanguard but also a strong assalt.... ;)

true shikai is better than demon ichigo because of their modification and stats. Both of them has no unlimit block or dodge, with this case they so weak to stun and fury restriction. true shikai's modification has immune to stun, silence and fury restriction and this is criticaly important for offensive vangard
Anycase nozarashi with 6th 10-12lvl block stones and hyorin\tensa\katen is better than both of them
