lv 70 with 300kbp is it ok?

so I just reached 300kbp and im lvl 69, but I am still missing a good vanguard =\
I dont know if to get toshiro or to wait and save for Ichibe.
help me decide guys, EU s236.

I kinda dont see any reason to use D.Rukia, she's just a bit better than the normal one but afaik  ...

Rukia doesnt give bonus damage
