Didnt get crsytal rewards

İ was in 10 but i didnt get any reward when event finishes what happened?

So..... a lot of people NEVER received the rewards from the first Ultimate BP event, its been like 4 weeks or so, ive wrote like 10 emails to support and i havent even once received a reply that its been looked on and fixed asap, but they got the time to launch new servers and more buggie events. Im vip8 almost so as a paying user I expect at least a reply after so many emails asking nicely whats going on.

Its really annoying that they dont have the time to answer 1 of their customers but expect us to continue spending money in the game.

Anyways i hope they fix it NOW and at least read the emails we send.

PD everythingswrong, i sent you a pm with my info before and we talked about this, hope you can help us out once again, thank you.

I haven't talked to them since last week, and when I see them I'll try to find out. I don't know when that is, all I know is when I last spoke to them, he had it on the list and this thread and was to give it to the devs, I haven't heard from him since.

Hi again, sorry to insist, but its been 2 weeks since the event ended, not only I but other people also have sent several emails to support, in the hopes to have any news of when we will be getting our rewards, or at least a replay back from support, and we are still waiting.

I know they are busy handling other bugs, like the achievment ones, and releasing new servers, events, etc. But at least an answer or reply back from them would be great.

So if you could remind them once again that would be great.

I reminded them about an hour and a half ago, it's on the list supports giving to the devs to deal with some bugs.

They was suppose to be looking into it, either they found you got the rewards or they haven't distributed them out manually yet. This was a bug in EU though not NA, so I don't know if they checked or not. They don't work on the weekends. Weill find out tomorrow.

Same is happeneing for me I havent received rewards as of yet in US 48.
Any news regarding this?
