Alright, so i finally topped up... Took me forever, but I did it... Now I am unable to get Tobeumi and Rangiku... (which is first top up reward) and I cant unlock Sode zanpakuto unless i have Rangiku... But can no longer get her... What must I do?

that's not fair. It shouldn't be restricted by level. I literally was unable to top up until just recently. Why should i miss out on unlocking certain things because I have played longer.... where is the logic in that :/
