H.Ichigo best gear

What's the best gear I can use for hollow ichigo?  I could guess it's probably the vg set from slots, but it will take a while to get that since I'm starting from scratch.  I could however also get the assaulter gear that has strength though I don't know if that's good for him.

Currently I use 4-2 on him, using 4 piece 90 ult set, which gives 4000 stamina and 1000 attack, that along with 2 100 spirit forged equipment.  So my bonuses are 4000 stamina, 1000 attack, wisdom and 4 or 5% immune.  

I heard hollow ichigo's heal is dependent on the damage he does.  I got a full 80 relampago set just lying around.  Would that full 80 relampago set which gives 1200 stamina, 4% immune, 1200 attack and wisdom, 10% damage rate, would that be better than the current gear I'm using?  I'm not sure since I use zangetsu he takes away 40% damage but with the full set 80 ult gear I get 10% damage so I don't know if that is better or my previous 4-2 gear is better.

Any thoughts on what set up is best for hollow ichigo?  And no I don't have hyorin unfortunately, to make the best of him.

Yes damage rate increase his skill dmg so increases the heal too.

Nope.  Zangetsu doesn't help much in that area.  Only perhaps zabimaru but he has no speed, so no good there.  I should've went for the ult 100 vg set from slots but I thought that the assaulter strength set would've been better for him.  

Oh well, maybe they put 110 ult sets soon in slots, and if they do, then I'll get the vg set there.

Yeah that would indeed be better. The best thing you could do for him is make sure your zanpakuto has a good immune rate and recover rate.

Well the 4-2 gives me slight more attack, so I guess that would be better.

The only reason why I wanted to focus on damage was because I thought he'd recover more hp, plus his talent has a damage buff or bonus or so.

No, as far as I recall the heal is based on your attack and your recover rate. Shouldn't have anything to do with damage rate from what I understand.

He's a DEF VG, he just gets high atk from high def (A.K.A stones), so keep with your set of 4/2, don't focus on damage/damage rate on a VG like H.Ichi ^^

but yes the current best gear for a VG like yours is 2/2/2, but 4/2 is great too for those bonus stats in both str and wis ^^ so continue what you're doing, but do indeed focus on DEF more lol, forget damage rate, just upgrade your str stones for that xD

Hmm.  So If I put a full 80 ult set, which gives 10% damage, does that mean he will heal more then than rather I using 4-2 of a defensive gear?  

As a reference, the 4 -2 gear gives me 1700 more attack than the full set.  But the full set gives me 10% damage bonus.
