1- Sometime the Cool Down Timers Stop
2- When you refresh the page Sometime you could have more 10 min Cool Down
3- When the Cool Down reach 0 and you click the dice you could get 5-10 min Cool Down again (without Moving)

same as me but 1 time happend i reach exact # 20 and i didnt get the reward   anyone can explain it? and i already check my invtry but nothing there

this happened to me as well, and since it's a 12 hour CD, adding extra time is taking away from how  ...

When it hits 0 just to be safe, refresh. Not everyone gets this bug.

A simple refresh will fix the issue when the timer is 0:00. Just refresh to avoid it.

im having it do tht to me and it went from 00:00 tto 30 fricking minutes (yukio demon possessed time)
