can't decide

Kirinji or Shini Kieske
Zanpacto is Hyorin, switching to muramasa in a few more weeks probably
Rest of party is Soph Rangiku, Isshin, and Shinso Gin
Was using Shini Kieske and loving it till Kirinji came out. and that speed and BP, mixed with the fact that he's a SSS red partner that is super easy to mod hooked me in.  However, since the swap I missed not having to worry about my opponents back row, coupled with the fact that kirinjis "control" is quite unreliable as he often times kills one or both of the ones he confuses, mixed with the fact it only lasts one round, I'm starting to want my shini kieske back.  
I am going crazy trying to decide this.  Any thoughts, ideas, or things I haven't thought of would be welcomed!!

I'd say pantera grim. %300 is seems better but pantera hits %200 everyround, decreases def which will help you deal more damage, and laceration is just extra nice damage. and grim has %20 damage rate with talent since zab. renji has %7. well I believe it worths your time to switch some stones from your vang's weapon to grim's

I think I can get more raw damage from Grim, but Zabi uses same weapon as vang so I don't have to have an extra...  however if I get CSB Kenny I'll need an extra anyway...

yeah,  I went there for a while,  but ES and Ryoka suffered too much for me.    ATM my vang gets the first pick of all stones and equipment, then my supports, then assaulters get what's left.   I mean they do get a few select things, but most of what they have is scraps (I mean for someone that is $65 from VIP8, and level 106, lol  I think the worst stone on them is level 5 or 6

you know we almost have the same formation. since hyorin gives speed to assaulters, you can give str SS to your main, add (keep) some wisdom and give them to s. urahara and run 3 sups. your main will be a bit stronger, if you keep giving the week SS to your main (you are focusing on your tank so stronger SS will go on her) your main also will work, after some time, fine. and you'll use your 2 options. you can swith your tank with isshin (if you are goind 2-3-0) and run 3-2-0. this'll take a little time but make you take enemy's sups down easier which is more useful in long fights.

make sure once you get him he gets your highest tier of SI or ultimate str accessories, use gold enchant stones on his weapon to give more stun chance, evo, ect...  you can get an alright chance from him...

Yeah but he can skill every turn opposed to every 3rd of t.gin and t.aizen, so those 2 possibly being able to stunn every 3rd row 1-3 targets and decrease fury to up to 5 targets and increasing fury, i'd say he does replace, but no partner is perfect.

At least while I'm still running Hyorin, my vanguard is my star.  after that, Shinso and Kirinji are treated equal.  granted, Kirinji does have 300k BP, but that's mainly because of that insane speed

If you can make Kirinji strong enough to put a serious dent in the opposition first round, I would stick with him. If you can't, Shini Kisuke might be better. I would switch out based on the situation.
