Ultimate charge event help!

If I got 40k gold at ultimate charge event, and asuming I got the 100 percent rebate at my server, what chars would you recommend? And zanpakuto?

But it does it with 2 other servers. I was gonna wait till guild wars to know if it was worth topping it up then. Hopefully everything works out

ultimate charge pairs you with a BUNCH of servers, so it may not work the way you wish.  KEEP that in mind!
Tensa CAN be gotten for 30k. i just got it for 30k during thanksgiving and got 30 level 9 spirit stone boxes along the way

Yes he is, and in my opinion not as good. But you need to get your priorities straight. If you, with all of your amazing event partners can't even skill t1, then you'll end up losing to non vip players who have t1'd Kisuke. t1 is massively important in both pvp and pve, definitely try to get that done.

yes he is.  yet again, you can get shinso for free with enough coupons from alliance shop

I think hiki is great for that formation personally. It also depends on whether or not you have enough fury stones to t1 though. If you aren't t1 atm maybe investing in shinso and some fury stones instead of oetsu would be a better idea.
