Achievements title best to use

hey there player is there anyone that have experience on this Achievements title.. I just want their opinion on what is the best title to use in certain situation especially on event like Ryoka, Evil spirit, def seireitei and arena.. ty for reading this plz comment ur opinion or create new guild on Achievements title

I'm currently using forever number 1. Gives 3% Crit rate. +200 offence and kido +3% hit rate

Triple crown is the best Title for ryoka because it helps u kill and damage alot easier than usual. That goes for ES as well. Eagle raider is prob the best to use in hollow soul map if u want to hit often. Other events varies with Titles. One thing that is best in pvp is use Triple crown and final skill combined will be the ultimate one to use as ur main weapon to destroy them. I used to have that and i destroyed most of 1st's players team and won 1st place in arena

Yes skill 10 for pvp, 9 for pve.

If whatever you're hitting has 0% counter rate then it will crit 100% of the time, yes.
