Shinigami Agent glitch i think?

so. i let me shinigami anget run out cause i couldnt top up and all so. i cant tell if this is  glitch or something but i still have the benefits. so um. someone tell me is this a glitch? XD like i dont know if this is good a thing or a bad thing.
