it is most likely because of the "Visa" card itself
i have issues with my visa cards sometimes and sometimes i dont and thats when i just use paypal or my master card, idk why the site has issues processing visa cards keep trying it
or go into incognito mode if you use chrome or try a different browser and see if that makes the card get processed

should work since it is a "visa" card do keep in mind sometimes the site has issues processing VISA cards for some reasons and sometimes it doesnt have an issue.
under cardholder name jus put ur name and then fill out the gift card info

However, Via Offgamers, you can ( at least, most people can ), top up VIA Paypal, and Paypal doesn't give a shit if its a gift card. So I would try that method.

the should work like any normal credit/debit card
ive used them before but on other games
just put in your normal billing address as you would when using them. you should use gate2shop when using it
