Well. let she how strong i will get when am lvl 108. and i don't have gears.
and am not planning to ever buy any gears.
Except maybe at lvl 130 or Above.

The Opposite. Am still moving things around cause i just got grimmjow and i need to make him as high as kenny (pw/speed).
I lost about alot of bp. kenny was around same as main.

My Komamura neva gets to 50% hp.
always about 80% - 90% until he revives. but even he still do ...

Show your other partners to compare overall? Because for me it seems like you are somewhat stacking your vg with all that hit rate and defensive percentages, those low defences are worrysome tho.
