C.Itsugo evo bug

I dont know if this happens only to me(since I had 0 chances from beggining at snowball fights thing) I can not evo my C.Itsugo.

if this is a bug, please fix soon, if not, let me know

i wanna test him so bad right now to see how good he got. fucking my luck i use my vit on evo.

I'm still trying to level him up I'm not expecting much before modding him. will use only for skill bonus. after mods, he can turn to a little monster which will do key role in my pvp fights

csb aizen > csb ken-chan
C.Itsugo has good mod and has good skill bonus for my main.
this is why I got him since my assaulters die easly, for skill bonus.

There's a level minimum to use most items in evo. Level him some using a couple exp books or something
