anyone gotten the 400 red hogyoku frags when topping up 4k?

I got Hogyo fragments on my first top up.

the 400 red frags x 2
the 20 hogyoku talismans x 2
and the 4 fury stones x 1

you do get the frags, but ofc they would be the uncommon or rare case, as they are the better rewards out of the rest of them, when paying and competing for other rewards you can get, the 20 talismans seem like the most common/cheapest reward, so you'll get be getting that more often, but yes peeps have obtained 400 red frags ^^
