Hifi is a god... if you can T1 her she's the best partner in the game IMO.  Very hard to lose with her unless you're facing people who spend thousands on this game.

Winning all your CSB/Hueco fights from very early on is hard to beat from a benefit scenario.

b.renji allows you to do well in ES and Ryoka if you mod/evo him properly and put the right gear on him. IMO, PvP means nothing but ego (CSB maybe), PvE is the only formation that helps you to grow. I use my b.renji for both PvP and PvE.

Hiki if you like pvp but renji if you want pve. Kensei is only good paired with the correct setup
