Visa top up issue

Only people using any form of Visa carsds are unable to top up. Everyone else using paypal has no problems at all please fix this problem asap.

its just normal topup otherwise. it just costs tiny bit less and u have to make a login in offgamers  u do by fb twit or google acco fast...

Does this count for reio?  I mean does it count like a normal top up for reio, like you buy gold in offgamers 200 for reio 1st day, does it respect the 200 extra gold in reio if you use offgamers to top up or buy gold?

LOL little hint..  use offgamers to spend money on your visa  the same as paypal link.. ull find out that you saved money by doing so  they have cheaper golds than the games ones are
