IM A PLAYER FORM US1 AND IM A VIP2 I ALREADY HAVE SHIN SHURA KENPACHI BUT I HAVE A PROBLEM TO MAKE NOZA.

You've made a big mistake, you are not aware how big it is. It's bigger than shadows dick.

No one will top up for you, if that is what you want. No one feels sorry for you either sadly, cos its a fucking game, pay to win at that. If you can't afford to pay, you need to be prepared to live the low life in game, with limited partner options and so on.
If everyone that wanted a free top up would start making threads, we would die, we've got enough beggar's on in game chat rooms and so on.

Conclusion, if you can afford internet, you can afford to top up. If you under age of 16 and can't find a job, ask parents. If they don't have money for you then, tough shit, welcome to life.
