I have 4k points and idk who to get..especially since the new skill upgrades, that's what is making me struggle with this question or I would just get Shura Ken.
I clicked shura kenny, as he'd surely be a upgrade over W.Ichigo in PvE events, altough I'm not sure since you play 1-3-1 and kenny rocks with 3 blocking assaulters...
H. Byakuya is craptastic in the modern state of the game and has no real purpose. At least Shura Ken has a PvE purpose.
I'm personally not getting any of the current partners, I'm waiting and hoping equipment is added.
