Compared to Chrismas Ulquiorra, slightly better on every stat besides kido attack. A LOT better on physical defense. Still laughing at that name.

At low mod levels, I don't think there will be a huge difference between Pumpkin Soul and Minazuki in terms of speed, but if you are intending to go higher in the long term, there will be a very significant difference on Hikifune. The other issue with Pumpkin Soul is that I haven't seen its fragments outside these holiday events. You might be waiting a while before you see them again whereas Minazuki is more generally available.

Since they removed the Inherit ability of mod souls I think most of us have stopped really caring about them.
