HMA Aizen, first form.  His skill's effects all have one round duration.  To keep that void/fury restriction/chaos going non stop, I need to get him to skill every round, or every other round?  it sounds like a stupid question as of course it should last that long, but I know partners I have who's skill lasts 2 rounds, I'm quite sure I skill again before it wears off (so skill, then 2 full opponent's rounds, and by then I'm ready to skill again, so like if Isshin's void does wear off, it's just for a second or two and I have never had my opponent's assaulter attack while my Isshin was doing what he is supposed to do)   By this logic, with 2 fury builders, I should be able to get Aizen to fury every other round, and make his status effects basically permanent, right?

T1 shinso, to T1 main, HMA Aizen, and Sexy Yourichi, who T1s my soph.
Aizen is slower than shinso, but faster than Yourichi, leaving him with 25+ fury after round 1
Shinso skills again, and Aizen attacks leaving him at 100 fury
Shinso skills, boosting Aizen to 125+ fury...Aizen skills, so does Yourichi, leaving Aizen at 25...

um...  without Sexy, shinso would still have given Aizen the extra fury he needed to fury every other round...  right?
wow, putting this on paper has thrown a wrench in what I thought would happen...

HMA Aizen, Shinso, Kieske, Sexy Yourichi
Shinso first, T1, HMA Aizen (first form), Kieske, Sexy Yourichi, Main
shinso, T1s Aizen
Aizen skills
Kieske skills, Aizen @ 25+
Sexy Yourichi skills, Aizen @ 50+
Shinso skills, Aizen @ 75+...

so no combo, no critical, and no self fury regen, you can't fury every round?   does main's combo skill boost the combo rate of other assaulter?
I know that Shinso and Sexy Yourichi both have insane combo rates with high evo, so I don't doubt I can get him to skill every round in fight, but it looks like till I get him up to ultima, he's not a replacement for Isshin, and until I get shinso to replace my Kiekse, he doesn't really look like a viable replacement for shini kieske...   

side question.  once I do get him up to ultima, or figure out a way to have his void stay 100% of the time like Isshin's does, I'll be looking for a good, cheap/free partner to help decimate vanguards.  In fact, if I can get shin Aizen to do what I want without 3 fury builders the partner I was thinking of mainly for this was Pan Grim as I already have him, and am saving for CSB Kenny for events and they do share a weapon, which being that CSB Kenny is gonna be in my pve till I get B renji (IF I get him, lol) he does have that going for him.  plus his raw damage output, mixed with that laceration, should be a lot of help against vanguards.

i wasn't counting crits,  I don't want to rely on them,

For example, Sexy Yoru gives 37 fury almost all the time for me since she has high crit rate.  Not the 25 she is listed to give.

U were right u dont have u be the slowest to skill every round, the mistake was from my part lol. I forgot to count the fury u get from the other 3 fury gens on round 1

but kind of leaning to tenjiro instead of HMA aizen once new skills come out and my shinso is fully modded...   hmmmm  what, then noza for pve???   so much to decide

so, if new skills come out soon,  soph can void supports, isshin voids assaulters, and i'll have 2 strong AOE attacks...    that last slot tho...  Tenjiro?  gonna be hard for even shinso to outspeed that...  D rukia?  CSB Aizen when I get him? (only have 2k challenge stones ATM) keep Tavern Kieske out?  
I don't have the right stones, nor the zanpacto, nor the equipment for a third assaulter.  and I don't have a ton of money for an event partner...
Jushiro?  with new skills he will be hella helpful

Better question to ask is how viable you can be with ultima also giving that chaos'd VG a whole lot  ...
