Depends how much does it cost altogether as much as i know its 40k gold for katen

You have to buy Katen for 40k Gold, then get 40k Points to spend in that point shop.

Hikifune and the other 0-Division Partners cost 20k Points, meaning you can get two.

Since you already have Tenjiro, I'd suggest getting Hikifune and Ichibe or Brenji if you want more PvE dmg.
