Actually it should take around 30+ days to get the bar fill since took 3 days to get 1.3k for me, so in about a month we should have the bar full if we use only the free chances that is.

lvl 80 not that hard to get to that but after that lvl it gets pretty slow

im lvl 75 and i can see the soul cultivation, just became lvl 75 so pretty sure its not 80
