1-3-1 or 2-2-1 with B.Renji?

Hello guys!
I am lvl 96, vip5. My team: Gilga, main, B.Renji, ikkaku and tenjiro. Zanpakuto- kazeshini(for now). Not sure is it good to use 1-3-1 or better change to 2-2-1 and use kisuke for t1? If I would stay to 1-3-1, I would get yamamoto soon.

I know, but he have 10 extra fury from evo, so it will help a lot.

yup, I'm close to level 10 evo on mine...   takes sooooo long

I know, but he have 10 extra fury from evo, so it will help a lot.
