At what lvl do you get the exclusive skill ? lvl 10/15?

with that math it seems like the 1k exclusive reward from the full bar is not that worth but either the 1k exclusive or the stones

Probably the one who goes first or the one you use more depending on your formation

isshin if you want pve, hiki for both i guess
