i have questions about buffs pls help.

im still learning game i have 2 questions
1-does muramasa speed buff and kirinji speed buff stack? or kirinji's skill overwrites muramasa.
2-lets say i have stark with %50 dodge rate and using his exulisive skill which gives him %100 dodge. does his final dodge rate will %150 or %90(since he dont have dodge modification i guess its max value)

I start at a point disadvantage thanks to the whole bp determining your starting rank thing lol. And it's apparently reiatsu bp too and since I'm like 10 reiatsu levels behind I start at 1000 points less XD
