Shini Yoruichi vs Isshin

advice guys?
looking for a second assaulter who's a decent endgame partner for a 1-3-1 form with Senbon as zanpakuto, but cant decide who would work best with current partners.
also keeping in mind the exclusive sskills for each..

my current form is 2-2-1: T1 Kisuke, tavern Gin, Yama, main, Sajin with Kazeshini.

plan on keeping kisuke and yama, and eventually swapping sajin for either shin shura ken or hollow ichigo.
mainly a pvp player

well theyre hardly likely to put red partners in ubp so its all us poor people can hope for...

I wouldn't pick either in your situation.  If you can afford Isshin you should instead get either B.Renji or one of the Zero squad partners.  Isshin is 10k gold and they are 12k yet infinitely better.

I guess her last mod makes it debatable, but honestly, I don't think anyone wants to reach that or is going to when you could use that time to upgrade Isshin xD
