top up issue with offgamers

topped up 2 times and didnt get gold but support for offgamers said it was complete and i was charged but then said there is a problem and they are forwarding it... Would please like to get gold today for event thanks

made 2 email to "online suport"

it seems they just send the same message to everyone and take their time.... Last time i use them for sure.
