What is The Best Team You Can Make For a 1-2-2- Formation?

Also feel free to make a team of any formation you like for pvp or pve.  I am just wondering what kind of team I should build since I really want to stick with the 1-2-2 formation.

As I heard from some people that the crit dmg bonus goes off when you land a crit for the first time and naturally the support is faster so the buff from the zanp will be used before b.renui does his buff so katen is the right way to go.
But you should check will the people who have katen to see if what I said is true

pvp - tsi - main & brenji - upgraded hiki & senju. same for pve but noza instead of tsi.

I was planning on getting brenji and I am close to getting noza ken, but I was wondering if I got katen would brenji cancel out her crit rate and crit damage bonuses.

Hiki -senju-Unohana ken-B.renji-Noza Ken

For PvP: Fury reduce to enemy + Fury gain to team- A partner that can 1 shot or attack every round like b.renji or shin kensei- Vang- TSI/Noza ( for the random +100 fury after skill)
Pve: Hiki/senju( Or retsu Unohana)+Benji+Noza
