CSB end of the season reward

I didn't receive any end of the reason reward in the past three reason, and since I won this, I'd like both the rewards and my "Epic Immortal King" title. I think this is one of the problems the support should take care of.

Well since CSB Offically started today everyone due to the 2 (going to assume Dev) characters got screwed out of the starting points so everyone is at 0.

Well today its the first day of CSB and it still only shows those same 2 players that I screenshot that somehow was registered for CSB a day ahead of time. We all also only received the Daily Hollow Souls you normally get based on rank for last season, no challenge stones or the 'bonus' hollow souls you would normally get at the end. Still no word yet from Support about that either so, going to assume we're not getting them. This is the US Server side as well. From what I gather it's like server 90 to 272+

Yea I see what you mean about the strongest getting starting points but in that case Kadroy would be shown on ranking list just having registered at his starting rank yet, he isn't just these 2 a day early from when it actually starts.

Someone want to explain this shit to me? New CSB season TOMORROW yet.... Somehow we have 2 what seem to be either Dev Characters or something going on. Maybe this is why we never got our reward in the s90-27x csb batch.

I guess the script for end of the season rewards needs some review: it appears to be not running so often...
