just wondering if anyone knows how many souls i need to get my zanpakuto from original to Hoygoku-kai?

And it also differs for some zanpakutou. Some need more souls than others in my experience.

from bankai to hogyoku-kai 1 soul = 13 exp

My bankai Haineko gives 13 exp points per soul, so it needs even less actually.

oh yup!
from original to shikai: 1soul = 10 exp
from shikai to bankai: 1 soul = 11 exp

past that i have no idea since i'm holding on to souls till i get a good zanpakuto to level it

I dont think that is true, each soul gives you more than one soul point. Each soul gives 10 points I think. So from Bankai to Hogyoku-kai, 312 souls is needed.
