What am i doing wrong?

Greetings, i've been looking over my characters and comparing with loads of different players around my level and i seem to be unable to beat players even 10 levels below (which happens to a lot of people i'm sure but i want to try and make my team stronger individually)

   

Looking at these 2 Sajins (Mine is the one on the right) i seem to be very far behind in terms of stamina which i find to be the case for almost all of my partners + main.

I've gone through and my stones are the same all 5 lvl 7 stamina and 1 lvl 9, his using 5 lvl 7 and 1 lvl 8, our treasures are leveled within 100 stamina of one another and you can see the accessories in the right hand picture... Also hogyoku he has an extra 500 or so hp, i also considered evolution since mine is rather low but it seems to give "HP" and not "Stamina" (unless this is a bad translation?)

Have i been skipping something important that i am unaware of or am i just overlooking something simple and now i look like a fool?

Just curious but what assistant mod souls do you all use? Currently i have 1 Minazuki 1 Mayuri and the rest are Pesshe should i look at changing these in the future?

Yeah holmes is the best. Tho I got Gin a few days back and I'm sticking with him. The only difference between them is 20k def, which is quite a bit, but meh waiting to unlock and lvl holmes is tooo long

Well i appreciate all the help guys, I'll start working on it after UBP rolls around so i can stop saving my vitality (a new zanpakuto from UBP would be nice also) then i can work on evo and lvl 100+ gears and also hogu's since i've been neglecting the trial tower to save for UBP

aww i was just messing around, but yah it's what others said: hollow map, hogu, hogyoku, possible zanpakuto difference etc. ^^

And yeah good decision if you are balanced on the stone area ^^

his evo. i my self have sajin and i have his evo up a bit cause i just love the great defense he has. the other guy has his evo on lvl 8 or 9. would be the same as mine.

If i had the stones to make him useful i would already have him, unfortunately i barely have all lvl 5's to spread across my partners.. so i'll wait for ichigo at 110
