Well, Hiki is broken beyond all belief. I have faith that the devs will one day nerf her to some degree. But discounting her, the speed isn't quite as huge a deterrent anymore. He'll be as fast or faster than most old partners, just slower than zero squad. But you should have your own zero squad to combat them. He's a far more useful partner than almost every other PvP assaulter out there and better than most PvP support even.

30+15=45% decrase enemy's attack

Put here Senbon and Ichibe or Mayuri than everything will be rock

I mean... wouldn't it be at least SOMEWHAT weird for Oetsu/Brukia to defeat ES/Ryoka alone in one attack (5 Rounds)?

his 2nd mod makes it seem like it works for the first round and is not permanent afterwards
aside from that
someone hitting 1-3 million +++ with kyokotsu on a senjumaru or hikifune with lv 50 fortifications would still make it hard for anyone in general to live even if the damage is basically cut in half for the round
you would need a lot of HP stacked lol, and if 1 of them dont kill you the 2nd one will lol

Haven't seen an instance where it did, but I've seen some exceptions with other types of effects.

ES and Ryoka in particular are immune to all of that stuff, though.

Nerfing is ridiculous, people pay for the displayed version, and then for problems or nerfing to occur afterwards (e.g. TSI at the beginning) is unacceptable imo, but hey, we pay for gold, not partners -_- sadly. Not sure if it would change anything if we directly paid for partners.
