I've owned shinoso for about 1 week before he went free. But After 98 days (time it takes to get him free) I've got him to evo 11 and then bought hiki. Still use shinso though. He's awesome :3. And yes, I would not mind him going free in UBP.

It was indeed an error. 6k is what all of these partners cost on the cn version. When they took the code over they must have forgotten to adjust Oetsu's price that time.

Partners are almost always more expensive when they're for top up.

With shinigami agent it's fast, 300 comrade contracts needed and get him in legend gallery

Yeah but still 4 a day. Which means 300 / 4 = 75 days. Which isn't too bad. But I was in hardcore need then plus needed a new zanpaktou.
