So a player on my server somehow just got a 10k+ treasure during all this mess is this a bug or a glitch or just spend loads of dough?

That's only like a lvl 8 or 9 treasure....he may have had hogyoku treasure upgrades, or he paid gold for upgrading it *shrugs*
The bugs going on right now don't magically give you gold and items.
