It is not that hard to beat even without fancy partners it just takes a bit longer and you need some strategy.
I beated 1v1 with shura ken who had around 280% hit.
5v5 I think I used shinso, one more succesful stunner either normal gin or aizen kept shura ken in formation and used noza as a tank. None of them had any fancy stuff like lvl 10+ hogu or lvl 10+ stones on everyone. I just used vanguard stun skill for main and this way i stunned most of the enemy team except aizen and maybe one more. With most of them stunned it is piece of cake to beat. I also used hyorinmaru as a zanpakuto so my vanguard who isnt stacked could take some hits.
