Hugyoku Question ?

Can i use Blue(Complate) speed bonus and Red Perfect speed or Kido+Speed ones in same partner different slots?

Hm, i am not sure which one i shall get next. I have the Dmg%/Speed Hogyoku, the KidoAtk/Speed Hogyoku and an Ultimate Speed Hogyoku.

Perfect Speed ... +200 Speed for 1000 Hogyoku Parts
PAtk/ Speed .... PAtk would be wasted for Hiki, but 350 Speed for 800 Red Hogyoku parts.
HP/Speed   ... Only 300 Speed for 1200 Hogyoku Parts.

so yeah,  with less than an ultimate (gold) level hogu already,  the godlike (red) one would be better than the speed/kido attack (for example)?

When he has only a complete speed hogyoku, which gives 350 speed each level, a perfect one gives 750 speed more each level,so it would be better anyways, though it will loose some level by eating the blue one.
A kido/speed one gives 350 speed each level, so it would be the best way, when he had already an ultimate hogyoku, which gives 900 each level.

IMO, if you have the frags for 1, get Speed/Kido Damage  that way you get to keep your current speed hogu on, plus you can add the second one... (we may be in a different boat tho as my supports are using gold speed hogus, so in all reality, the red speed one wouldn't be near the upgrade if i had say a blue one)  But adding kido attack AND bonus speed seems to me to be the best choice.  But if you're replacing a blue speed hogu, and maybe even a purple one, the plain speed one MAY be better

If you look at perfect speed it offers more speed than speed with other benefits (like godlike damage rate and speed).

if you already have a speed hogu on him/her, i find you would be stupid if you got the one that only gives speed...  because if you get a speed/kido damage (for instance) to put on your support, you still have the bonus from the last one they had, so 100% of the speed from your speed/Kido damage hogu is bonus speed

I believe you can use ones like godlike speed and damage rate as well as perfect speed (or complete speed). The idea is a hogyoku that gives the same benefit can't be used with another of the same benefit (I think). Since damage rate and speed is not the same benefit as speed alone (since there is damage rate too), then they can both be used.
